2nd: Chicken Saltimbocca with stuffed with asparagus, roasted garlic, brie cheese, with golden harvest pasta blend and chicken jus

3rd: Grilled Eggplant Steak | seasonal mushrooms, couscous and herbs, golden beet puree and honey yogurt sauce

4th: Garam Masala Crusted Lamp Chops | lemon za’ tar fried cauliflower, red beet puree
